I completed 10 coaching sessions with Anas which helped me transform my dream of becoming a nutritionist into reality. I have always wanted to become a nutritionist but never materialised this goal. I found the coaching sessions to be very helpful. Anas helped me to set challenging yet achievable goals. These goals felt more manageable because we had focused on how I might achieve them, what difficulties I might encounter and how I might overcome them….Anas helped me to accomplish a number of personal goals. Coaching with Anas has been great in moving me towards my goal for our sessions together of getting into good condition for a walking holiday later in the year. The sessions helped me to think constructively about the steps I needed to take and held me to taking those actions, and I feel fitter, healthier and happier as a result. I am now exercising for longer on a daily basis, as well as keeping up a regular yoga practice and carbohydrate restriction one day a week. I’ve also researched and implemented a sleep hygiene programme, through this coaching, which has had a wonderful impact on my quality of sleep.
